Personal data is stored on the infrastructure of Supabase, Inc. (servers in Ireland, EU), acting as a data processor exclusively on the instructions of Hôtel Les Palmiers in compliance with GDPR.

ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT AND RESERVATION
Payment Methods
Online payments are secured and processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (185 Camden Street, Dublin 2, Ireland). Bank details entered are encrypted via SSL protocol and never pass through Hôtel Les Palmiers' servers.
Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. By booking online, you accept Stripe's general terms of use (https://stripe.com/en/legal).
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Pricing
All prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The tourist tax applicable in Bormes-les-Mimosas is charged separately and paid directly to the establishment at the rates set by the local authority.
Reservation Guarantee
All online reservations are secured by a deposit or down payment according to the conditions displayed at the time of booking. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
ARTICLE 5. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. The following conditions are designed to be fair to all parties.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable but may be converted into a credit valid for any stay at our establishment within 6 months from the date of cancellation.
No-show
In the absence of any prior notice and in the event of non-arrival on the scheduled date, one night at the highest rate of the stay will be charged.
Notification
All cancellations or modification requests must be submitted in writing to booking@hotellespalmiers.com or by registered letter to the establishment's address.
Date Changes
All date change requests are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. For any special requests (postponement, arrangements, etc.), our team will do its best to assist you.
ARTICLE 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published on this website (images, videos, audio, text, etc.) is protected under French and international intellectual property law, including copyright and trademark rights.
All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic or photographic representations.
Without the express prior authorisation of Hôtel Les Palmiers, any use of this content — including reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 7. LIABILITY
Hyperlinks on this website pointing to other internet resources cannot in any way engage the liability of Hôtel Les Palmiers or the website's hosting provider.
Hôtel Les Palmiers permits other websites to link to its content, with the exception of those publishing inflammatory, pornographic, xenophobic, or otherwise offensive material. The creation of such links must be communicated to Hôtel Les Palmiers in advance.

Consumer Mediation
In accordance with EU Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, Hôtel Les Palmiers offers its clients access to a consumer mediation service. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the following mediator:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved through amicable settlement or mediation, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, and in particular the court with territorial jurisdiction over the registered seat of Hôtel Les Palmiers.

Cancellation Policy - We prioritize your peace of mind
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here are our conditions, designed to be fair:
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded but is considered as a credit for any other stay made in our establishment within 6 months from the date of cancellation.
- No-show: 1 night's charge (equivalent to the most expensive night of the stay).
- All cancellations or modifications must be notified in writing (booking@hotellespalmiers.com or by letter).
- Any change of dates is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
